Teaching English as a Second Other Language (TESOL)

This course introduces the theories and methods in teaching English to speakers of other languages. The course introduces approaches, methods, materials, and techniques in teaching ESL.

Practicum in TESOL

This course provides practical experience in teaching English as a foreign language (EFL) or English as a second language (ESL). Students receive teacher training using acting techniques, with an emphasis on teacher performance and classroom management.

Graduate Seminar in TESOL

This course provides an overview of research, theory, and pedagogy in TESOL. Students also get to work on different programs that provide practical experience in teaching ESL.
